    Mission Linen Supply is currently looking for Healthcare Account Executive. The Healthcare Account Executive is responsible for selling acute care hospital business.

    Qualifications

    New Hospital Business Development

    • Prospect through field work and technical research the addressable market for new acute care hospitals within you assigned area.
    • Contact, develop and secure new acute care hospitals that meet the criteria set out by management
    • Keep diligent CRM records and information, including but not limited to point of contact/decision maker names and titles, current suppliers, any proposals or RFPs received from the prospect, etc.
    • Define and report to management an accurate sales pipeline of activity which will accurately forecast revenue from new and existing accounts
    • Provide accurate reporting of orders, pending orders and weekly reports for all sales made and develop a list of targeted new sales opportunities
    • Adhere to and prevail in competitive sales opportunities within gross margin requirements set out by management
    • Establish a working calendar for new sales opportunities and follow up calls adequate to exceed sales goals
    • Be fluent in all healthcare requirements regarding hygienically clean linen supply. 

    Account Setup and Installation

    • Work closely with plant operations preparing for and installing new acute care hospitals
    • Work closely with Healthcare account managers in setting up benchmarking for pounds per adjusted patient days

    Qualifications

    • Three to five years’ experience in sales, customer service and/or account management.
    • One to three years’ experience in a customer facing position in the healthcare industry.
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Proficiency in math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Travel Required

    The Healthcare Account Executive will spend the majority of his/her time traveling to customer locations, occasionally requiring overnight stays. Distance driving is expected. Employees maintain their own vehicles and are responsible for creating and submitting expense reports for expenditures made during travel.
